Spooked

Smokers spook themselves silly
Into a world both hard and chilly
A world where faceless demons hang in the air
A world filled with frustration and despair

So spooked are they, beyond belief
That cigarettes are their god-like chief
These funny little white papered logs
Have them spellbound, they're all agog

To not smoke one for a single day
Is a thought that would frighten them right away
Out of the question, it cannot be done
Because they are as spooked as a fox on the run
